  • No, owning SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is not mandatory. We offer two deployment models:

    1. BYOP (Bring Your Own Platform): In this model, we integrate the Partnerflow solution into your existing BTP landscape. While you can save on Partnerflow licensing costs, the resources utilized will be deducted from your BTP account.

    2. Full SaaS (Software as a Service): Alternatively, we can host Partnerflow for you. In this case, owning BTP is not required, and we will establish a direct connection to your SAP environment.

  • Configuration of our solution is streamlined and code-free. Our configuration cockpit serves as a comprehensive one-stop destination to configure the entire solution, encompassing:

    • Usage Scenarios

    • Pertinent enterprise organizations (Sales Orgs, Purchasing Orgs, Company Codes)

    • Workflow steps

    • Task assignments and approval matrices

    • Field visibility rules

    • Notification settings

  • In Redfig Partnerflow, you can configure various types of Business Partners, including Customers, Vendors, Employees, Logistics Partners, or any other entity for which you typically set up Business Partner Master Data.

    In the case of SAP ECC, this encompasses partners represented by a Vendor or Customer Master.

  • Probably, Redfig Partnerflow is compatible with all versions of S/4 HANA (On-premise or Private Cloud) and SAP ECC, Enhancement Pack 6 or later.

    However, it is not currently compatible with SAP Public Cloud or Business One

  • To utilize Redfig Partnerflow, you must have an SAP system with a Gateway, which can be either embedded or running in parallel. Additionally, it's necessary to install the SAP Cloud Connector within your firewall. If assistance is needed with this setup, our team is available to provide support.

  • To incorporate transports or code into your SAP system, we'll provide you with transport files tailored to your specific SAP version. These files can be imported directly into your development envrironemnt and migrated via your typical transport promotion process.

  • From blueprinting to deployment, implementation will span 1-3 months. The timeline will vary based on factors such as (1) complexity of customizations, (2) extent of test scenarios to be covered, and (3) number of users who require training.

  • To facilitate the implementation of Redfig Partnerflow, it's advisable to have the following internal resources:

    • A Master Data subject matter expert capable of explaining how Business Partners are configured within your system.

    • Depending on the implemented scenarios, personnel from Customer Service and/or Procurement may also be required.

  • As an administrator, you can effectively monitor the performance and usage of the Redfig Partnerflow solution. It comes equipped with built-in analytics, enabling you to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as average turnaround time and total throughput. Additionally, the solution's dashboard proactively alerts you to any encountered errors.
